Big Brothers Big Sisters Annual Winter Party
Big Brothers Big Sisters is pleased to partner with North East Business Association once again to host their Annual Winter Party! Mark your calendars for Friday, January 27th, 2012! BBBS & NEBA will be offering FREE open skate & skate rental from 5:45pm - 7:45 pm at the Janesville Ice Arena. This party is open to all youth (matched & waiting), siblings, families and volunteers throughout Rock, Walworth & Jefferson Counties. Cookies and cider will be available during open skate for BBBS participants. Please RSVP by calling 888-904-KIDS or emailing bbbsjolynn@hotmail.com with the total number of attendees in your party. We hope you'll join us as we celebrate the positive effects of youth mentoring during January, National Mentoring Month!
19th Annual Stinebrink's Piggly Wiggly Golf for Kids
Big Big Brothers Big Sisters and the Stinebrink's Piggly Wiggly stores of Delavan, Lake Geneva & Kenosha partnered for their 19th Annual Golf For Kids playday on July 14th at Evergreen Golf Club in Elkhorn. 2011 was another record breaking year with 216 golfers participating and raising over $33,000 for the Big Brothers Big Sisters' youth mentoring programs!

Bowl for Kids' Sake 2011
Bowl for Kids' Sake was held on Saturday, April 9th, at Rock River Lanes in Fort Atkinson. Thank you to all who particpated and helped raise over $12,000 for youth mentoring in Jefferson County!! A special thank you to some of our key sponsors: Manpower, Serv Pro of Jefferson County, Fort Atkinson Junior Women's Club, Kohl's stores of Johnson Creek and Janesville, JM Carpets, Ball Corporation, Bank of Lake Mills, Lakeland Farms, Lake Mills Optimist Club and the Jefferson Optimist Club.
Pledge winners include:
- Top Youth Pledge Winner ~ Little Brother Christopher

7th Annual Hog Hula Memorial Day Fundraiser
Big Brothers Big Sisters partnered with the Hog Cabin Saloon for their 7th Annual 2011 Hog Hula fundraiser on Memorial Day. Beautiful weather, a sold out volleyball tournament and great bands contributed to the event raising almost $11,000 for youth mentoring in southern Wisconsin.
Thank you to American Family Insurance, the Event Sponsor, for supporting youth mentoring in the stateline and Rock County areas! Additional sponsors include Hormel Foods, Avid Pallet Services, Brabazon Title Company, Alliant Energy, Christofferson Moving & Storage and Bud Weiser Motors. Many additional local businesses contributed to donations for the silent auction ~ thank you!!

7th Annual Jefferson County Golf For Kids ~ September 15th, 2011
Big Brothers Big Sisters hosted their 7th Annual Golf For Kids outing at Koshkonong Mounds on Thursday, September 15th. With the help from some great local businesses and community support, this annual event raised $5,000 for the youth mentoring programs in Jefferson County!
